Once we have positive feedback and have generated real interest in your product or service, we will organize appointments for you or your representative and book a meeting room once we have received your travel information.
Meeting Room
Meeting room facilitation 8 hours per month in blocks of 4 hours in Dubai Silicon Oasis or any other available location at the time of arrival complimentary. Additional hours are payable and subject to availability.
Monthly two half days (each 4 hours) use of Meeting Rooms Oasis 1 & Oasis 2 are included complimentary under the Junior Package. Only two consecutive months can be grouped, which means that you can only use the remaining hours of the last month. These are not transferable after the next month and should be requested at least 2 weeks beforehand. Available equipment in meeting rooms: Presentation Screen, Video Cassette Recorder, DVD & CD Player, Stationary and Flip Charts.
In order to save our customers time and money we will try to maximize the number of meetings per day.
If required, we can help you with the logistics of planning your trip such as book hotel, make airline reservations and have some one meet and greet you at the airport. |
